Hard drives at bottom right. Sata cables -- one blue (on the original drive), one red (on the secondary/new drive). Ribbon Cable that is connected to the moterboard but not anything else.

PCI Express slot... this is located near the hard drives. The Power supply is located below this picture...

Red/Blue SATA Cable connector connected to their space on the motherboard. The ribbon cable connected to the CD rom plugs into the moherboard "north" of the SATA connection.

If you look close, this is where the ribbon cable (that is also connected to the CD Rom) also connects to some chip. It's hard to see here.
